It’s easy when your a ‘specialist in failure’
In the old days, Police would pull people into Magistrates Court for “vagrancy:” but it doesn’t seem to be a priority any longer for the boys in blue. I don’t think sleeping rough is acceptable in London and I’m pleased that 40% accepted accommodation. The rest don’t seem to have any legal right to be here. The illegal immigration system is a total mess, so broadly- no dogs needed- I’m glad the Council is taking action
