There are at least 2 Newham households where there must have been some difficult discussions this week

Scotlands worst export is not on the list which is interesting.

He wouldn’t put his name to anything being circulated to mere councillors. Now if there had been a mayors’ letter…

How silly of me, a school boy error…

I hate to be pedantic but backstabbers don’t advertise their betrayal in online petitions.

If announcing your disagreement with the leadership publically, constitutes “backstabbing” then Jeremy Corbyn’s lifelong parliamentary career of opposing whoever was leading the Labour Party on anything and everything, puts him at the top of the list of “backstabbers”.

Perhaps he could lead that – because he has no idea how to lead his party.

That’s fair enough. I gave the post that title so I could link to the O’Jays song of the same name. I’m doing the councillors a slight disservice- they are actually stabbing Corbyn in the front.

what a dirty trick how can you vote the man in by a very large number and 9 months later not giving him a year or two to settle in dump him .i wonder if the borough membership would like to get together and take a look at this bunch of treacherous councillors and ask them to resign because they are not supporting the majority vote .mind you look at the line up if i were robin wales i would distance myself from them also ,they are far from being leader material how they got elected is a mystery and if you look back on their reputation as councillors they have more skeletons in the cupboard than corbyn .i hope the whole of the labour party members take account of this bunch and remember them when they try to further their political careers like some of them have tried before . hopefully they will move out of the borough and join the sorry bunch running the country, they are not labour party that is for sure .

Who are these nobody councillors they need to reconsider there postion, Ian Corbett is a councillor that rejected a 3,000 strong petition to save the Maud Street car park and talks about democracy, and does not no what a multi-faith room is used for, a bully boy real nasty piece of work, a 5 year old has a higher IQ than this poor excuse for a councillor, ask his ward members, maybe if he should consider postion.
Terry Paul and David Christie another useless cabinet members with a useless title like the rest of the cronies felt signing this made them feel important, well your F**cking not. Corbyn is here to stay what have these no-hopers done in there lifes nothing beside taking hard-earned council tax payers money. Corbyn is a f**cking legend,

Maybe we should have a vote of no confidence in these wannabes, what a bunch of idiots, l challenge you no hopers what have you done in Newham to change lives of local people nothing come on this open forum and state your case. The reason the working class of Britain voted out was the fact the Labour Party decided to allow eastern european migration in to communities around Britain in 1998 without investing in housing, schools, and health and got in bed with the bankers, not only did mis-judged the numbers they failed to invest in skills for the youth. Firms found that it was cheaper to hire eastern european workers rather than train school leavers why do we have a high numbers of youth employment. When Gordon Brown went north and was told about eastern european migration and the effects it was having on communities, people were dismissed as bigots. THE LABOUR PARTY have let the working class vote down, MPs and councillors need to get off there arses and go into there communities and address the problems rather than blame Corbyn for all there ilks. Parties like UKIP, and the far-right parties have just taken advantage. The same is happing in Newham the labour run council failing to address problems Comrade Wales just blames the Tories while filling his own pockets. Corbyn will get it right but do you think 9 months is a enough time, these Blairites need to get a life and stop living in the past and get behind your leader and fix broken Britain.

Its a real shame that these wannabes think there important this is just a publicity stunt to raise these councillors profile. Cllr David Christie is useless and was a sperm swimming in a sack, when Jeremy Corbyn was fighting for the Palestinian causes, apartied in South Africa, worker rights for Britions, l can only discribe him as the Clive Furness love child. Jeremy Corbyn will turn the party around given time there will not be an election till 2020.
But wil Newham remain a 100% Labour borough l think not, will these councillors still be there l think not. Politics is changing and will continue to change.

No Newham Councillors signing the pro-Corbyn letter and very few London signatories at all
